Shipping - Terms and Responsibilities

 

1.  Proper Packaging

Ensure that all goods are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Use adequate cushioning materials, sturdy boxes, and appropriate sealing methods.

2.  Removal of Old Shipping Labels

Remove any old shipping labels, barcodes, and other identifying marks from previous shipments to avoid confusion and ensure accurate delivery.

 

3.  Shipping Insurance

It is your responsibility to have shipping insurance for your goods. You may purchase shipping insurance from us at a cost of 45€.

4.  Accurate Address and Contact Information

Provide accurate and complete shipping address details, including recipient name, street address, city, postal code, and contact phone number. 

5.  Timely Drop-off or Pickup

Ensure that the packaged goods are either dropped off at the designated shipping location or made available for pickup at the scheduled time.

 

6.  Proper Labeling

Affix the correct shipping label provided by us or your chosen carrier to the package in a clearly visible and secure manner. 

7.  Weight and Size Limits

Adhere to the specified weight and size limits for the shipping service you have selected. Oversized or overweight packages may incur additional charges or be refused.

8.  Sign Delivery or Pickup Document

Ensure that both you and the pickup company sign a delivery or pickup document. This is crucial for tracking and confirmation purposes. Without this document, we cannot verify who picked up the package.

9.  Tracking and Confirmation

Utilize the tracking number provided to monitor the progress of your shipment. Confirm receipt of the goods with the recipient to ensure successful delivery.

Terms and Conditions

1.  Liability

We are not liable for any damage or loss that occurs due to improper packaging, incorrect labeling, or failure to remove old shipping labels.

2.  Insurance Coverage

If our insurance is not purchased by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the shipment. Any claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. 
If no insurance is purchased through us, INCOTERMS: EXWIf insurance is purchased through us, INCOTERMS: DAP

 

3.  Pickup and Delivery Confirmation

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the pickup and delivery documents are signed by both parties. Failure to do so will result in the inability to verify the pickup or delivery.

4.  Prohibited Items

Customers must ensure that their shipments do not contain prohibited items as defined by local, national, and international regulations. Any violation may result in the refusal of shipment and possible legal consequences.

5.  Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website or email notification.
