All orders are sent from us as soon as possible, after full payment. Notice that products can be out of stock therefore delivery may be delayed up to 1 month. Shipment prizes are based on the orders weight and size.
Terms for delivery are also stated at checkout under each delivery method. If nothing is stated, 30 days delivery time applies. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to each item if not contacts us before ordering. If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you by e-mail. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be times that make it impossible to fulfill the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder can´t fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to disclaim all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective, or we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package. In case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.
14 days open purchase
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and by that you have the right to return ordered goods without stating a reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The article must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in original box.
If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or no later than within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.
